This could be the greatest ski film ever produced. Its gonna be tough for this to not be movie of the year. Finally a full length film from these guys that showcases all of their talents.

Its all about gapping the down now.

If you didn't know who ABM was before this movie you will now.

It was the most amazing ski movie I have seen in a while. So raw, yet done so while. Not even cheesy what so ever.

Shea's segment was so dark that during the surgery scene a couple of my friends were feeling queasy.

Clayton killed it and cam had a banger ender, I cant say anything else but buy this movie now.
 
I expect a shitton of spoiler alerts in the near future, so I'm gonna boycott this thread until they get the iTunes copy out.
 
They probably don't know. It generally takes about a month for Itunes to get stuff up. They just finished the movie so it will probably be up in early September. Im pretty sure itunes puts new movies up on tuesdays.
 
IMHO, NS at large is terrible at reviewing movies so I'm not worried. A bunch of short responses aren't going to spoil anything.

But the second I get into this thread and see a block of text, that's when I know to keep the fuck out until I get my copy.
 
I just don't want any of the music spoiled. I'm fine with the reviews like the ones in the thread though as they don't give much away.
 
Clayton, had a rap song, Sean's was James brown, Cam had had some R&B, and there was alot of just instrumental songs which really set the vibe, also a few electronic songs. Stept did a great job on the music like always.
 
Clayton went hard as fug, it was awesome to see Sean J back at boulder like the good ol days, Shea's segment was the rawest and gnarliest thing I've ever layed eyes on and made me respect urban 100 times more and ABM boggled my mind with some of his rotations
 
They all killed it as usual. I'd say Shea, ABM, and Seany J were the most impressive.

But again, a very very high percentage of all the shots were straight bangers.
 
Came into the NS office this morning and realized my preorder has yet to arrive...

Can't wait to watch the final cut.

Got a sneak peak of an early cut and already could tell it was shaping up to be something truly unique in a world full of monotonous ski porn. Their ability to produce such a high quality film with such a low budget is a testament to the dedication of the entire crew. Some of the larger budget companies should feel ashamed when they watch this film.

BUY THIS MOVIE AND SUPPORT COMPANIES LIKE STEPT!!!
 
Ours just arrived in Vermont today.

Hell of a flick! Probably the most unique ski film Ive seen to date. Production was next level. Stept shows the raw emotion and lifestyle of skiing that other films companies neglect.

Stept doing it right!
 
i got mine shipped mass and it came today, but im assuming it should be arriving in nh today or tomorrow

You guys are spoiling the movie for me :(. I'm hopefully waiting until I can afford an iTunes gift card so I can buy a ton of ski movies that come out this year and watch them all on my laptop.
 
Shut the fuck up, you try not taking urban that is that fucking gnarly seriously and see how that works out for you.

Got it today... This movie is ridiculous. Stept kills themselves to get there shots and its crazy to watch. Good shit Stept, it was a great production. Order it if you haven't
 
I like the movie a lot, they really did a nice job of showcasing the crew lifestyle and how they get along. There was some absolutely nuts rails and features, I feel as if it was comparable to the eighty six in that aspect.

Claytons first shot was huge! that gap over the fence going like 40 mph to down rail. Seany j on that tube thingy in the park was sick. And I really liked that bs swap pretz 2 on the dfd (cant remember who did it). There were many more bangers but my memory is shit.

IMO Weight still takes the title for their best movie in the past 3 year but not by much.

9/10 will watch at least 15 times before their new movie comes out.

If you are referring to Seany J's, that shot made me stand up, scream "what?!?!", and throw a pillow.

So many hammers in this flick. The production quality is absolutely top notch.
 
All I can say is, if you watch it and don't appreciate what they went through to make that movie, something is wrong. Serious dedication.
