MUTINY - Official Reaction thread

still havent gotten mine in NH it better show up tomorrow since ill be bed ridden for a few hours after i get a spinal tap done

Just watched it last night. Pretty drunk so I don't remember much, but I do recall this: Mutiny stands apart from every ski movie made before. We'll still be talking about it in 20 years.

Me too man. It's even worse for me because I am going out of town now and won't be able to see it for another week. I'm not sure why it is taking so long to get from Colorado to Montana.

Following up on my previous praises, I checked the mail yesterday only to find a package from Stept. It was a bit odd seeing as I had already received my movie Saturday. Turns out they sent me another one and I imagine it's because they were shipping orders like madmen and got a little disorganized.

Needless to say, I am sending it straight back to them because this DVD does not deserve to go unpurchased. The Stept guys put in way too much hard work on Mutiny for me to profit off their mistake or simply give away. If this happened to anyone else, I strongly urge you to do the same.

just finished watching it

its insane, i loved pretty much everything about it but I miss Pwhite and I wish Maks had got for shots

The skiing was absolutely insane, but the theme just seemed a little dark to me. Maybe thats what they were going for, either way it was so sick.

film was perfect. from the epic filming on the intro that lead into Clayton's seg which was probably the most progressive urban segment to date. ABM stood out and was stoked to see McVeigh getting some shots. very impressed

all the parts were nasty. seany j killed it. shea went big 110% of the time. clayton just has zero regard for his life. ABM is a wizard and cam went on a suicide mission. sums up mutiny right there.

but in all honesty everything was great. the music was on point and matched every segment perfectly. the editing was amazing as always. the crew vibe too it and the story really made if stand out.

my favorite ski movie ive ever seen.

PS. j norm always went hard. his part was short but sweet

Please tell/call Fedex with the number of your suite.

Essentially they didn't know what number suite to deliver to.

HAIL CLAYTON. what the fucking fuck everything he did blew my mind. everything else was sick as well. one stand out for me was ABM because to be honest I was skeptical of Stept for choosing him, boy have I never been proved more wrong in my life, kid fucking slays

vilas seggy will knock your socks off.

when a few friends and myself watched for the first time, we had to stop claytons seg halfway though and restart just because everyone was so banger it was hard to comprehend it all.

that is a very good thing btw. and the song is dope!

Pretty much everyone killed it.

Clayton's segment went from being stylish and fun last year, to being scary and tech this year. It was like he was just on this mission to drop insane hammers.

ABM is not a human being. That was straight fucked.

Shea's segment was possibly the best. I felt that everything from the features to the editing finally did a really good job of capturing his skiing. They nailed it.

Cam's segment was ill as well.

About to watch it again.

That was deeply unsettling. I don't think I've ever had a ski movie affect me so much mentally. That being said, it might be the best ski movie I've ever seen. The trailer was good but it didn't do the movie justice. I think this is a must see for anyone on this website.

That changed the way I look at skiing now. I look at all of urban so differently now that was the best movie I think I've ever seen.

Favorite qoute from a ski movie is now "I mean, Clayton's going really fast.

He's going fast I'm telling you.. like... Fast."

My favorite was "yeah... We're not that big of losers I guess..." but in all seriousness that movie truly blew me away with the amount of absolutely massive features there were and how creative that crew is
