The male/female ratio has changed, last stats I saw said about 70% male. The engineering school was ranked at 114 in the US on a study I saw last year. Bridger bowl is small and extremely overpriced as is big sky. Big Sky has one challenging run, Bridger has the ridge, decent moguls though but when you've been bumping for a while and have bad knees to begin with it gets old. I've been sking BB for 10 years. I hate small towns, I'll admit that. I do kinda like that fact that I know a ton of people from college and high school that live here, but at the same time its annoying as hell to run into people you know everywhere you go (mostly people you're not interested in hanging out with). Living off-campus I do find plenty of off-campus parties, almost everyone ends up being four or five drunk people sitting around arguing politics, which is actually pretty enjoyable, I love conversation, but sometimes I want more ... sometimes I want to dance the night away! Maybe its the people I know ... mostly engineering students, or the classes I take ... all in the EPS/Roberts/Cobleigh structure (almost all dudes). Everyone here seems to be so psoitive about the school and I get jumped on for a negative rant, I think that's ridiculous since some of you are probably freshman that are fresh out of their parents homes and have never been in bozeman before. Stay here for a summer too, it retty much sucks, only four of my college friends are staying here, so that means I have to hang out mostly with the jackasses I graduated high school with. So yeah I am biased, I've lived here for 18 of my 20 years, I think you'd all be a little biased too.
