MP3's to Vinyl for DJ'ing

No like, if im using Vinyl turntables, dont you need a box to stream MP3's from your computer to the turtables so you can scratch those songs on the turntables? Did I make sense?

The dude above is right. YOu need to get a serato box which is like 300 and 2 timecoded records which are like 25 each. and you need to get serato which proly comes with the box im not sure...

OR you you could just get this *GARGLE*

Wait no, if you wanna put your mp3s onto vinyl you will need one of these:

lol

But seriously timecoding isnt that hard. You need the software, audio interface, turntable(s), mixer, and a few cords, and control vinyls.

After that you just calibrate it and your good to go. Its retardedly accurate too

don't, you'll hate your life on belt-drives. troll craigslist for two weeks and I can guarantee you'll stumble across some tech 12s with serato for under a grand.

also if you want a cheap timecoding setup, check out ms. pinky. I used it for a minute and it was super sick and super cheap. also the only way to get vinyl control of ableton.

because vinyl sound is the full wavelength unlike a mp3 which is just the middle of the wave length and you don't get all the highs and lows... if you can manage to use both your a g. now you can get wmvs of songs and master that is digital. but vinyl has a certain "warmth" that some like my self look for.
vinyl is cool and has a nostalgic effect.

btw post 6666. SATAN POST!
