yeah, you should get it checked out soon. knee problems can get pretty horrid. my grandpa has to get a new knee put in in october because he ignored it for so long. he's not an old geezer either, just worn out. my knee gets fuct when i ski too, but not as bad as yours it sounds. i'd get it checked for sure if i were you though.
