so here is a great story for you reestra, after my wreck i was supposed to work at like 2:45 but i didnt go because i was in an accident and so then after i went in and asked my boss if he wanted me to open he was like no all meanily and i was like oh and then he was like what happened and i was like well i got in an accident and he was like oh still really meanily and then he was like how many cars and i was like uh... 5 he was like ooooooooooooohhhhhhhh like holy shit girl and i was like yeah and he was like are you ok and i was like yeah and then ............. i left

ok so it was an adventure my workingoutness. first i had to put my knee brace on (hard) run two miles or so, that wasnt so bad then i had to come home and do the plyometrics shit im not good at it wel i mean some of it was fun but then there are these things called ricochets and i dont know what im supposed to do so i jump around like an idiot for 30 sec so yeah that wasnt so fun but then i did tuck jumnps they were fun. bounds and leaps double and one legged they are easy and then i did one of my all time favs hehe the POWER SKIP w00t it was way fun then i got another way fun thing to do you should try it reetra it was kinda fun you get in your tuck for 15 sec and then you close your eye and visualize a course and you make the turns and then the jumps and you do this for like two min and then you finish with a straight with woopdie dooooos and you absorb them yup it was fun i won too yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so anyway i did all that shit and then the core routine started now that was just ooodles of fun with its millions of crunches and reverse lifts and TV WATCHERS aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh so yeah i did all that shit and it was ok and then i rode the bike for about 7 min and then i streched and then i couldnt walk up the stairs except i did and i went up the steps and i laid down
