we didn't develop our brain structures through use.remember that that stuff comes from random mutations, so not all will benefit us. evolution is not a goal oriented process.
2ndly, there aren't 60,000 proteins in a cell. but the odds of us having met the odds you mentioned are good, think about how long proteins have had to form, in how many different cells, surely we overcome your odds by a factor of about a billion
3rdly, there's no self respecting physicist in the world that believes that shit. life works in cycles, not a definite start or finish. you can learn that in grade 11 chemistry, a little something i like to call reactions, every single one is an equilibrium. message me if you can come up with some more arguments.
