I sat myself down at mcdonalds determined to eat 2,400 calories. i did it! i ate something like 30 mcnuggets, a couple mcchickens and a few milkshakes. oh and fries
just yesterday i wasnt even hungry and i had 4 oatmeal stouts, and two fried egg/crusty french bread/bacon/sausage/cheddar cheese/maple syrup sandwiches. and i was so hungry when i was making this that i ate the rest of the bacon while cooking everything else....
a full rack of ribs at outback steakhouse which is 1800 calories, then a decadent chocolate cake which was like 1200 calories and then a serving of mac and cheese which was like 560 or sometihng like that.
way back in high school i was super baked and put away an 8" italian sub, 2 fill plates of baked ziti, and a bag of doritos. i did not feel good afterwards.
There was one point where I was eating like 5000 calories a day and was loosing weight too fast, so (by doctor recommendation) ate like 2500 calorie meals for like a week straight, to get my body fat good again.
I think my record that week was a double big mac with bacon, double chesseburger , supersize milkshake, supersize fries and two apple pies. The milkshake was the hardest to down, holy shit that was a fun meal.
so I tried to do a challenge at a local restaurant once, and failed. but i got maybe 3/4s of the way through this badboy, and then more or less passed out at the table. but after a few minutes of searching the internet, I found pictures from a guy who did finish...

on more than one occasion ive had the 10 taco meal from taco bell which rings in at 2100 calories. Probably not the most because i've ate huge amounts of shit food while stoned, but it's the best example I could easily reference.
now that you mentions the beers i just roughly calculated my greatest calorie consumption in one sitting to be roughly 4200 cals. (large chicken pizza and 6 beer)
