More reasons to hate cops

i wouldn't say i hate all cops, just the ones who've hurt me, but i am definitely afraid of all cops because of the ones who've hurt me. everyone has good days and bad days and i've had cops be really apologetic to me and say things like "i was just having a bad day" and stuff, but in my experience it's best to assume cops are having a bad day and avoid them at all costs. i've heard excuses like "i've put up with shit from criminals and crazy people all day/night long" but it's their chosen profession and it's not my problem. i've never been hurt more by anyone or had a reason to be afraid of anyone except cops.

I think I'll write something in this thread, every single time I have an interaction with a cop.

I'm not sure, and this isn't scientific analysis, but my best guess is that I will have a lot more good things to say, than bad.

Starting with today....

While driving down I-15, two unmarked police came up behind me with lights and sirens. I pulled over to the right, and the continued past me.

aww that's cute does the fact that i don't have a criminal record and have never been charged with anything also say anything to you?

i've been driven home or to the hospital every time, never been to court. to the other guy, it's not my choice to tangle with cops, it's theirs, you'd have to ask them. i'd hazard a guess if this wasn't newschoolers.

Last time i checked wearing a ski mask wasn't illegal. Oh yeah i remember the ski mask isn't illegal its the ski mask combined with the fact he's black. Yeah arrest that boy can't have black people wearing ski masks they can't even ski.

Of course all cops aren't bad but people with Authority over other peoople have a tendency to abuse thier power. i don't hate cops but i definatly do not like the fact that they are excused from the justece system in many cases. A cop kills someone he is a hero there is no trial no investigation it's "oh cop said that black dude was gonna pull a gun, cops aren't ever wrong, and we all know how those darn blacks love to commit crime"

maybe you were joking but that was the point i wasn't serious

hahaha alright dude, don't play dumb. i'm guessing something ordinary like being loud and obnoxious while drunk or traffic violations gone wrong. we've all been there. no shame.

http://www.ksbw.com/news/central-california/san-francisco-bay-area/Pedestrian-killed-by-police-car-chasing-suspect-in-Sacramento/-/5739064/16497914/-/gvnr6xz/-/index.html

This happened in Sacramento the other night. They were going to give homicide charges to the kid that stole the car. For the right reasons, the district attorney ended up not charging him. I doubt anything happens the to officer involved. You wouldn't think a knowledgable police officer would pursue a high speed chase on Capital Ave. In DOWNTOWN Sacramento with pedestrians everywhere. But it just goes to show their incompetence. I definitely think the kid should be charged with stealing the car and evading arrest but holding him responsible for the death that a cop is responsible for is out of control.

On my way to work tonight, I was waiting to turn at an intersection. A car going straight went through the light as it was yellow, and was about half way through when it turned red. A cop also was sitting at this intersection. He didn't pull this car over.

what does "that's cute" even supposed to mean in this context? i'm border line positive that youre completely retarded. absolutely positive you are at least just a little bit.

does the term, "pushing the limit" mean anything to you? or are you just so stupid you cant be sure when you are being a giant douche

or how about "shit disturber" "attention whore" or "instigator"

seriously get fucked. having trouble with the law is your own damn fault. stop blaming others for you being a cunted cunt

i meant that's cute as in it's cute that you called me a liar (instigator) then seemingly changed your mind about me having encounters with officers to make a snide comment about my nature. the irony of your entire post is astounding seeing as how you've done nothing but insult me. i don't have any trouble with the law, as previously, repeatedly, stated. i have trouble with the cops, and you have some sort of problem with that for reasons you have yet to state.

most of the extremely stern and overly cautious nature that most police officers have doesn't come from them having authority, it comes from the 20-30 week police academy they attended. There officer safety is one of the top priorities, and they teach them those things. Thats why cops always are super cautious when pulling you over; you might think they are being assholes by saying keep your hands on the wheel, but its just what they've been taught (and for good reasons). So many cops die each year doing routine traffic stops.

okay well ive had multiple experiences with the DNR. Last year my cousin and i were grouse hunting, so we were driving on all these back roads. Well were driving down this road in the back end of no where and see a grouse on the side of the road. so what do we do? I get out and shoot so i shot at it probably 4 times( the reason i shot so many times is because earlier that i shot at a grouse like 5 times and missed every time, it turns off that my gun was shooting super far to the left.) well when nothing happened to this bird on the side of the road i walk over to see what was up. It turned out to be a mechanically decoy the DNR use to trick hunters just so they can fine you. as soon as we saw this two dnr officers come out of the woods and ticket us. i also had to pay the cost of a replacement decoy. so i say fuck the dnr. btw this is on mobile so there may have been spelling problems.

yeah this one time my buddies and I were walking down the street. a cop pulled up to us, immediately suspicious of a few teenagers. we said we were just walking, but then he got out and started hitting my friend with his baton. my other friend and I tried to step in, but he took out his gun and shot my other buddy. he died. i was tazed 5 times. the cop also planted crystal, pcp and coke on us. we were taken to court and somehow not convicted. the cop got off scot free, obviously.

FUCK THE FUZZ AND RIP JEREMY 7/24/94 - 4/11/2008 !!!!!!!!

this is borderline the most ignorant thing I have ever read.
If you don't break the law, you won't have problems with the police period. Once they help you in a situation where you need them, you will think differently.

agreed, he makes bank though, $500 isn't much to him. if it was me i'd have at least tried to get it back. i spent yesterday trying to get my last ambulance bill sent to the police but i'm told they can't do that unless i've been incarcerated, in other words if i'd actually done something wrong i wouldn't owe health services money. they say the police had to call the ambulance so i wouldn't sue them... luckily they sympathize and are giving me an extra month to pay the bill.

On my way home from the gym, a cop had someone pulled over. It did not appear that the police were tazering, beating, or planting any evidence.

first of all it was not poaching it was not out of season. secondly it is legal to shoot grouse off dirt or gravel roads and even though this road wasn't gravel it was far back in the woods and unkept, thirdly i can not tell you the number of people that do this my grandpa must have shot at least 30 birds off paved roads in his life time. its not like it was a well traveled road it was back in the woods. and finally its just the principle of trying to trick someone into doing something illegal

oh yeah i forgot i got charged with discharging a firearm across a highway try explaining that to anyone who does a background check on you
