sounds like someone giving up. I slightly understand where you're coming from, the first time I heard D00M I was put off by his sometimes off beat way of babbling over the beat. However, he choses to do this in order to create something different and once you listen to it enough and you get a feel for what he's doing his flow begins to make much more sense. Considering you have a very good taste in rap music I'm sure you've given Doom a good chance but I'd suggest doing it again. The songs you liked from Madvillainy were the ones where he rapped in the most classic way, let your pre determined of flow disapear and listen to MM Food, King Geedorah, Operation Doomsday, or Madvillainy all the way through and be astonished. No he's not the next Nas or Andre 3000 but there's already Kendrick and Em to fill those roles, let DOOM do his thing and give him the listens he deserves. if you still don't dig it.... to each his own I suppose
