Hey! Heres a solution to the problem. DONT LEAVE YOUR SHIT UNATTENDED. ALWAYS KEEP YOUR ROOM CLOSED AND YOUR STUFF IN A SECURE AND SAFE PLACE. I understand that you guys leave your dorm room doors open because your hall is a relatively safe place. But that shouldn't stop you from locking all your shit up. But what the fuck do I know? I live in my room in my parents houses basement and even I lock all my shit up.

2: He said he bought them from CO Skier Shop, this receipt is from Ski Rack. Also, Burlington has a 1% city tax, missing from receipt.....

Oh yea? Well wouldn't Dan have heard from the police? And the only thing to investigate is the stealing, absolutely nothing else. What is there to investigate against Dan? He cannot get in trouble for anything. If you did get the police involved, the only thing they would find is information against you.
 
i thought NS was a chill place where skiers go to see whats up, chat with other skiers and B/S/T some things... so now we have police involved, this guy is clearly not having the best time of his life and NS is to blame... wow, great job guys.

let's see, on the receipt he has spent over 1,000 dollars, all bought at a SKI SHOP, not on an online shop, these people were probably very stoked and showed him some love and took off the tax. when i bought my full tilts the shop i went to matched the price from somewhere else, and didn't make me pay tax
 
i have wide feet and i really like mine. im not a boot whore, i dont know too much, i came from racing boots and shoguns and now FTs. but i have no complaints about mine... worked 9 hours straight today in them and they felt better then the adidas shoes i put on after... does tht say something?

i really dont know who to believe in this situation. but one thing that i have an issue with is:

skirack is debatably the best boot fitting shop in vermont, you go in there and buy over $1000 in merchandise including $500 boots and a few days later "your feet are just too wide for the boots"? this is the shope where tom wallisch came to get his boots fit. instead of going back to skirack and either getting a refund or getting them refit you decide selling these brand new boots for a large markdown on newscholers is the best choice.

i see many flaws in your logic.
 
i was thinking the exact same thing. Has anyone looked at the dates in which the receipt said he bought them and the dates that he made the thread on NS?
