Message to Clear Up Recent Matters

The CO ski shop issue is relating to skis that he bought that someone accused him of stealing during the shitstorm of accusations that NSG started. As you can see from the first post in the thread there is a screenshot of CO ski shop validating that he bought the skis from them. The boots on the other hand, were bought from skirack as we can see from the receipt. You seem to think he claimed that he bought the boots from COSS, so if he made that claim post a screenshot of this claim or shut up. Kindly remove your head from your ass while your at it.

the one that was here long before 2009. NS used to be a tight knit community. We actually knew the majority of each other.

All trolling aside, I was hanging out with Dan a couple nights after the party that he and Bryant were at. He told me about how he saw him stealing the iPods and he was shocked. They were pretty close friends and Dan brings him to a party in his hometown and then he steals and iPod, pretty low. Dan told me that he basically couldn't be friends with him anymore but wasn't going to say anything about it. Another thing that also lowers Bryant's credibility is that he created an Arsenic Apparel hate thread under an alias before all this stealing controversy arose. If you're friends with someone why would you go and bash their clothing line? Also why did it take him a couple months to produce a receipt and proof? Before all you BryantPhoto fan boys start telling me to shut up and call me arbitrary insults that really hurt my feelings and make me want to rethink all my decisions, I suggest you stop taking your badass internet self so seriously and look at the evidence.
 
Yes, Dan messaged one of them and the mod said he wouldn't tell but then Dan asked if it was Bryant and the mod told him it was. The pm's were posted in the other threads that have been deleted and I have seen the messages.
 
oh yes, the evidence... umm... what evidence? all i'm seeing is people backing him up and him providing receipts. so what evidence? ah that's right, it LOOKS the same as some kids stuff. gotcha. brilliant.

Exactly, and I have a receipt from the bookstore and from EMS (I know its not ski rack, but I'm sure all receipts are like this in Burlington) And it lists the taxes like this:

Tax:

1% Burlington city Tax____________________________ $x.xx

6% State Tax_____________________________________ $x.xx
 
Its not our job to be detectives here. We keep the site clean and remove stuff that we deem is bad news for NS. As a rule, we never get involved with scammers or buy/sell disputes. Its a person to person transaction and as long as it doesnt spark a twelve thread shitstorm and start a torrent of "please remove my personal info from this post" messages, its none of our business.
 
Yeah, Row, not like I said it was your job, but I asked how this guy could know arsenicupit was actually Bryant and it didn't leave many choices except a full-on confession or ratting out - and a mod checking out the backstory..

Ski rack doesn't display tax like that as seen above. As for the tax amounts being skewed, Bryant's receipt is a buyer history receipt not a single purchase receipt (notice the "**history**" on the top). I used to work at a hardware store and would deal with these history receipts pretty frequently because we dealt with a lot of contractors and, at our store, the history receipts only displayed the state tax on them and not the municipal tax that our town imposed on the contractors. I distinctly remember arguing with some dipshit about it because his credit card charge was not consistent with what was on the receipt because the extra tax amount was withheld. That most likely explains why the receipt only has the 6 percent state tax and not the additional 1 percent Btown tax.

As for the rest of the claims that keep popping up from dan and pete and others about seeing bryant stealing ipods at a party or whatever, whether it is true or untrue, it has no place on NS. This thread is specifically addressing the items in question that belong(ed) to NSers or friends of the skiing community. Please keep all other baseless word of mouth claims to yourself. If think you have some sort of tangible evidence to back up the claims, feel free to post them up and they will be addressed, otherwise, please shut the fuck up.
