well tore my MCL at big boulder doing a mute 3 i took it a little deep and my knee caved in now looking for things to do to pass the time, has anyone else here done this, any tips for faster recovery, or to pass the time

Whistler medical centre told me I "Sprained my MCL" and to take it easy for a couple days. Went to see a physio a few days later and found out I had torn my MCL, ACL, and a hamstring. The more opinions you can collect, the better
