McCain's running mate is the Alaskan Governor??!

I wonder who's going to win the popularity contest? now that McCain in hanging with a hot potential VP, I think he just gained some major points.

this election has been a middle school popularity contest from the start, I personally believe it's a joke by the way it's going...
 
no i came to that conclusion after you try and talk like you know every thing about every thing and then display the intelligence of a 10 year old, in almost every thread, and im kinda on the fence as far as this election. but im Canadian so...
 
I have admitted before that I suck at internet debating. I'm better at spitting than typing my thoughts. I actually cleared everything up a few posts ago because people misunderstood me. I'm dyslexic, but not stupid.
 
a robot, that displays no emotion what so ever, who's name is Stephan Harper, but its a minority goverent right now (he got like 48% the liberals got something like 40% and the rest of the parties, well they got the rest) so were going to have an election soon.

you said "i feel safe with my gun" or something along those lines, then after many people made very good arguments against the that (the fact that someone in a situation needing a gun, they would not know how to act due to adrenalin, bad judgement etc...) but then you just stuck your head in the sand
 
ok, in Alaska,

The Lower House of Representatives has 40 people

Upper House("congress") has 20 people.

with 60 members, the Alaska Legislature is the smallest in the United States.

her wanting to run for VP is like someone babysitting her sister's kids for a week, and then wanting to open a daycare.

if she had been the governer of a larger state I could understand, but seriously, there are more representatives in RHODE ISLAND than in alaska.

I have a question for you. Should police officers carry guns? I mean what if they shot someone because a criminal snuck up behind them?

hahahhaha word. I just have to say I like her and I've been impressed with what she's done. Whether she should be in the white house is another question. I mean for her family's sake I would have to say no. That is a HUGE responsibility for Todd.. He'd turn into the stay home dad (already kinda is) but having the down syndrome kid just makes it that much more difficult. Also I can't believe he would ever move to DC. He's pretty damn Alaskan.

sorry but that dosent happen.

there trained to hit the aggressor and have very good judgment (there are exceptions) because they are trained to handle those situations, are you> have you gone through police training in order to handle every situation that you would want to use your gun?

have you ever taken pepper spray to the face, it well defiantly immobilize someone, or stun them long enough for you to hit them or run away, or wait for the cops to come.

if someone was a foot away from you and then all of a sudden struck you, you would probably not be able to take out your gun take the safety off aim and fire. with pepper spray you take it out and spray and then knee him in the balls if you wish then call 911, where he well be arrested for assault. if he has a gun and you take out yours more people could be hurt, possibly innocent bystanders.
 
holy shit. no that is not what he is saying. He is saying that mccain has a higher shance of something happening to him while he is president, and therefore should have a solid plan b for when he kicks the bucket. Palin is not a solid plan b as she has very little experience.

dude she knew they were talking about palin and bidden as vp, but she was trying to make her point that you dont vote with the vp in mind for the presidential position. so ummm yeah i think you just made yourself look pretty stupid
 
no they were trying to explain to her that mccain is old. and has health problems. and could go any time really. so it would make sense to choose a vp who would be fit to run a country. that all they were trying to say. and she kept going on saying umm helloo ppl they arent running for prez lalwz they are only vice prez!!!11!1 well no shit. and this continued for 4 pages. go back and read some ofthe stupid things she said.
 
yeah well there's not much to dissapprove of in alaska. Put her in a real state with real issues like New York or California and see how she does there.

she beat an incumbent from her OWN party in the primaries, she took on the establishment, beat it, and reformed it!

Damn, she sounds like just the type of CHANGE this country could use....

o, and as far as issues go, why dont you try dealing with different races, oil company's, environmentalist's all in a heated battle over land, oil, and the right to use the land...

i was pretty sure obama was gonna win but now im positive. SHE WANTS TO TEACH CREATIONISM IN OUR SCHOOLS! she has no chance. imagine they win, john mccains old ass dies. OUR PRESIDENT IS A WOMAN WHO HAD BEEN A GOVERNOR OF 2 YEARS
