You don't like them in park? In what way... They obviously aren't broken, and they are more or less ok for you're size. If you are popping out of them too easy, bump up the din/check your forward pressure settings. Maybe after that you could consider new bindings. Otherwise I see no point unless they break. New bindings aren't going to make you a better skier.
That doesn't mean I think they are good bindings, they aren't very durable. Griffons are great however (IMHO). I'm pretty sure they are the best selling binding in America. I myself have skied both griffons and jester for a while with no issues, and I weigh 185, and ski hard. They're plastic (whatever), and even though everyone on here seems to hate them, I just haven't seen many actually break considering the huge number they have out there.
