Could I throw a set of griffons with 110 brakes on a ski thats 115 underfoot? Will this clear the edge or will I have issues?

yes. a 110 will fit perfectly on a 115 if you just pull on the brakes a lil. think about it. its 2.5mm on either side.

people always say this but reality is pretty much all brakes are wider than their advertised width. Plus, most of the time all that's required is shaving down the inside of the plastic on the tips of the brake.

Don't bend unless absolutely necessary, unless you're good at it, it can have your brake sit at weird angles outward from your ski.
