It explains it in the video that I linked to, but basically there's this guy named Alex who was making a movie for a project in film school that was called "Marble Hornets". He eventually stopped the production and wanted to burn the tapes. His friend "J' convinced Alex to give him the tapes on the condition that J never bring them up to Alex again. J forgot about all the videos but then refound them in the back of his closet and watched all of the videos. The videos that J uploaded are strange clips from the raw footage that Alex filmed.

yeah I think that entry 18 kind of ruined it actually... It was pretty cool but that was over the top, which they did well staying away from. It was a pretty cool and scary idea for a film. It was pretty believable, but I think the end ruined it.Disclaimer: I didnt believe it was real, I just think it was believable.

Yeah, that always happens! Movies like this are always really believable, until the end; where they try and scare the shit out of you (kinda of reminded me of the plot of paranormal activity)

A couple of the clips were pretty freaky, but nothing to scary.

All in all, it was a good idea for a film, and they executed the plan very well imo.
