M&A stoke

Just went down to the Lomography store in SF. Decided to buy some Redscale film to put through the Hass in SF last weekend. We'll see how it turns out.

maybe hipster photography, yeah...

they sell a shitload of toy cameras like the Diana and Holga and shit. No camera they sell is worth a damn for taking ACTUAL photos... that's for sure.

I swear all you do is ask questions that are usually answerable in .02 seconds using google

Just finished cleaning this old rusty Nikon strap I got from French hipster friend to complement my Nikon F.

So bright right now.

^looooveee that strap!

Just got confirmation that I'll be shooting for Dimiti Vegas & Like Mike and Andy Moor for Tomorrowland!!!!!

thought the back for my rb67 was broken, it jammed and then the film winder would swing freely. I heard it was really hard to work on and much cheaper to buy another. Just being curious (and broke) I decided to take it apart. I found a copy of the service manual for another model, but they were relatively similar. I got it apart, was able to find the problem (ratchet slipped off gear when I forced it a little after I thought it jammed), got it all back together, and it works. Took a few shots, trying to finish off the roll tomorrow after class

Anti stoked: Cant get in the editing groove, not sure if its the songs im picking or what, just have not been able to edit in so long.

I just got a 7d. Not necessarily because I thought my t2i wasn't good enough. I am just waaaaay more comfortable with the build of the 7d so I wanted to get rid of the t2i before I broke it or got it too wet.

Your seriously complaining about sensor dust, dude, try shooting film, and then come back here and complain about your little minuscule specs of dust!

^If some how you don't own one of these I'd probably buy one......

Finished my first freelance project for my university and from it's acceptance it appears that more work will be lining up. I'm stoked to be earning money again and working with a client who has relatively "deep" pockets. Also, there's only a handful of us on the list for them to choose from so that increases the opportunities as well!

^

Good.

Just ordered this monster, it will finish a roll of 36 exposures in 4 sec, which is the only thing that matters.

got one off FM with about 20k clicks for 1350.

I'm either going to keep my t2i for fisheye (the opteka is for aps-c sensor cams only), 60p and the reach that a crop body provides

OR

Sell my t2i and fisheye and buy a canon 15mm fish

you took my job.... haha

on another note, just decided to split from hood early and take a drive through some scenic parts of the country. The list so far consists of crater lake, redwood forests, San Francisco, Yosemite, Vegas and the Grand Canyon before heading back to CO.

had a few hour long shoot with a very beautiful young women today

and I have also decided to buy a mamiya 7 as I am tired of lugging around my rz :D

Good call.. the 7 is so fucking boss... that with a 43mm is probably the most portable/best landscape cam ever. The build quality and price just suck balls

Quality isn't THAT bad, sure it's plastic so it won't be as rugged as my leica, but when it gets taken out of a bag and then put back in, I'm sure it will be fine. I've never gotten to see one in person though, have you? I'm wondering how the VF is. And ya getting the 43mm is a must, all I want to do is shoot that with provia/velvia and a cpl
