M&A stoke

I got two small pro ICU's. The first holds my gripped 5d, 70-200 f4l, 17-40 f4L, 50 1.8, and 24 2.8; basically my everyday natural light ski setups. In the other ICU I have 3 speed lights, triggers, my canon f1 with a 50 1.4, and an eos film body. Both of those together are the same as having a L pro. Idk for a full HD camcorder, I know Evan uses a Loka with his Sony FS whatever #.

I have an fstop Tilopa pack that I absolutely love. I'm primarily landscape and nature photography but my only minor complaint is that the bag is hard to use for backpacking purposes (tent, pad, bag, food, clothes, etc) but again, it's a camera bag.

Whenever I go out shooting, I have a 5D Mk. III, 17-40, 24-105, 100 macro, 70-300mm, tripod, filters, snacks and water. No problem fitting all of that, and though it's a heavy beast...it services me well.

That's really what the satori is for. The loka for me is the perfect size for just day shooting, not really planing any overnights anytime soon.

F-stop was sold out of both size when I placed my order, these are definitely on my list though.

Submitted both my university portfolio's for university this week, really happy with how they turned out, thanks again to anyone who gave me feedback!

Ryerson for photography and Emily Carr for foundation year. I also applied to a local college for photo but that didn't even require a portfolio, pretty basic program but its just a backup.

Got to take my new cam onto the hill. quality is straight fucked (screengrabs from video files at 1080p). GH3+11-16 w/no CC

Few fun things.

Got a 28mm f2 from jamie - thing is beautiful, and I've been shooting some tri-X with it that he sent to me as well.

Also sold my 10D, and got a 20D for my backup body - which will be nicer for timelapses and action stills.

Not sure if you uploaded low quality (frame size for me was 540p max) but nothing really stood out to me...

Doesn't push nearly as well. And it's *much* more expensive (in Europe at least).

Tri-X for me anyday, though I might have to give Neopan a shot again, as it's been a whil

I've pushed it to 1600 with beautiful results, in rodonal with 3 inversions every 2 min, can only imagine how clean it would look in something like DDX with stand development

it's also cheaper the tri-x on b&h

Yeah, it is cheaper in the US (for a 5-pack). It's about 2$ a roll more expensive in Europe which is bullshit.

Neopan is a little to contrasty for my taste I guess.

Whatever the case of 'the big three' 400 speed films, HP5 surely isn't it.

really liked this, watched the whole thing. the effects started to get a bit repetitive though around 10:00 lol.

This is my usual preference... but Neopan and tri-X are both very similar. Debating between them is pretty silly in my opinion...

I have shot a few rolls of Efke kb400 as well, and I'm very impressed with it as well... although I hear it's really not right for pulling at all.

Filmed the Oregon cascades with a Cineflex Elite and Alexa. One of the best trips of my life. will post pics soon

Snow is coming back to the cities this weekend in a big way. Hopefully shooting a fuck tonne of urban

Yeah, though Fuji is kind of being a bitch about film. They even discontinued Neopan 400 for a while.

Slide film will be gone within 3 years too and we all know Fuji is the only brand that knows how to make color slide.

If only they brought back fucking kodachrome 64... that was my father's favourite back in the day and hooly shit I can understand why. Awesome film. I heard theres some state park in Utah that's actually named after the damn film...

They've even taken out ektachrome, which was similar but processed E-6 rather than K-14...
