I definitely can understand why you're upset and how frustrating it feels and you're helpless to do anything. However, you're also very young, and you weren't in love. Love takes a degree of maturity that you don't and that most kids your age don't have and really shouldn't have. Just take this experience in and realize it's not something you'd wanna to do a partner in the future that you actually care about. here's my opinion: love is complete bullshit. my last relationship lasted about 8 months. at first it was great.. i couldn't get enough of the girl, i wanted to spend all my time with her. but then, for absolutely no reason, i began to become completely bored and apathetic about the whole thing. the same thing has happened in every other 'serious' relationship i've ever been in. so what does this mean? maybe i'm heartless.. or maybe love is an emotion that really doesn't exist. of course we do feel some emotion for people, but what differentiates lust from love? what is the difference between a friendship, and a intimate relationship? could it be nievity? is our whole culture based on nievity?

given the extremely high divorce rate in north america, what is it, something like 50%?.. doesn't it make sense to question love.. the so called 'emotion'?
