You know what i think love is? Love is a hormon called 'Oxytocin'. Oxytocin is released when you get companionship of any kind. It's basically a happy drug that most peoples bodies crave. It's more effective in women as estrogen increases it's effectiveness, and testostoerone decreases it's effectiveness. It's effectiveness varies from person to person which is why some people can deal with one night stands (people with higher testosterone levels...and yes girls have testosterone) and some people just can't because they get attached (lower testosterone). It gets released at certain times...say, when you first kiss a girl...it makes you feel all tingly inside, and then makes you crave more...thus love is born. If your needs aren't being met, the flow of oxytocin is reduced causing you to seek out another source (ie what your girlfriend did)Basically as long as all of your needs are being met, and the flow of oxytocin keeps going...you stay happy and feel 'loved'. ALTHOUGH there is a link between disapointment and oxytocin...possibly due to a sudden decrease in the level of it in your brain. This causes that 'knot' in your stomach.

Anyways, the point is, love is nothing more then drugs running through your body, eventually...you'll find a new source (another girl) who'll get your oxytocin flowing again...and hey, if you don't, you can get the exact same results with heroin.

Yes they can artificially create love...like i said, it's called heroin...E does it too. Heroin more takes the place of oxytocin..so instead of needing someone to get that feeling...you need heroin instead, it makes you feel like you don't need anyone at all. That why most heroin addicts ditch their families and friends..they just don't need them.
