ISO is 200, shutterspeed varied... if you go on my flickr and click for the photo details it should have everything including shutterspeed and aperture

love them but for copyright reasons.. i wouldnt keep the original size on there.. or atleast watermark them. that bridge one is money

agreed, i don't bring my tripod anywhere so i never get a chance to do them, but, first one was on a ledge and 2nd was on a dock

my house has amazing stars though so i'm gonna go out and try to get some trail shots

they are the most fun ever... shot a few more tonight, hopefully i'll get to them tomorrow sometime... and IMO watermarking the corner of a photo doesn't do jack shit, anyone can crop it out or clone if out if they are good

hahahahahha (laughing at the facepalm)
thanks for the consideration. i enjoy my composition just fine though.

yea i know... but it is a deterrent... just like a ski lock.. if they're pro at stealing skis, they'll bring cable cutters.. so either way your fucked. plus that was from 2007 and i no longer watermark.

also the horizon is not in the middle, it only appears to be... omg i think it might actually be "about 1/3" from the bottom of the picture! holy shat!
sorry just feeling like being hasty after seeing my picture looking all retarded in this thread

Just finished this one:

Took this one last night, it has better trails but no reference point.

Both are 30min exposure and then the camera processed for 30 more.

I guessing it's the "reduce noice on long shutter" function which takes as long or longer than the exposure to finish.

yeah general rule of thumb is that it takes the camera the same amount of time to process as it did to capture the image
im gonna try to do star trail shots this week, i got a remote release for super long exposures

This was shot in a pitch black theater, while the drummer was using glow sticks. I just tried to guess on the focus manually.
