so i'm looking for something fairly inexpensive near baker sometime between the 27th dec and jan 4th
any ideas?

closest place to stay is about 30 minutes away in Glacier. or you could come spend a night or two with me across the border, about an hour away ;)

lol, believe me i know, I ski jay peak in vermont and we try to keep as many tourists out of there as possible, as for free bibby's, im a rep and i dont even have any

I will settle for a pair of Ruby's, not sure on length yet,

free skis won't change the weather, but I will tell you where it rains less then most places.

the last time i was in whistler i was soaked to the bone by rain.... you LIE!!!!!
but it is the pacific northwest (i know its canada but whatever)... it always rains her.

glacier is not your best bet... its definitely an option, but usually everything is pretty full as far as lodging goes in glacier around that time of year. there's no best westerns or anything . if you can rent a room in Snowline Condo's, random CL house, befriend a glacier local for floor, or check out one of the handful of B&B's along the way thats the closest option, but you're safe bet is to just stay in abbotsford or bham and make the hour drive, because i can almost guarantee that most if not all the rooms in glacier will more than likely be spoken for unless you claim them now.

dave youshould definiltey hit me up when you get up here... if none of my family/homies have used them yet, i'll grab you and your girl a couple discounted tickets.
