ok so everyone in highschool and near or in the district of portland or nearby can join, its a pure freestyle team and we got 3 coaches, to at windells and Griffing cummings who is at COC, so a siick coaching setup and well be going up every wednsday after school to meadows, im a little late posting this because weve had meetings and stuff but u can forsure still join. PS we got sick bball jerseys for the team in like xl to xxxl , FOO SHOO
 
Yeah its really tight. The other two coaches are Josh Larkin and Paul Yi. If you want in you have to register by November first, or November 8th with a late fee. Just let Hoodskia or me know.
 
thats cool how you were able to set it up. when i used to go to lakeridge high a few years ago we tried to start a team, but the scool district was in cut mode. good luck with the future of your team!
 
i had a freestyle team when i was in highschool but it failed. it was only me and ine other guy. sounds fun though
 
sounds awesome. back when I was in high school, all of the kids that wanted to do freestyle were just on the race teams.
 
Ok, so heres the deal, if anyone in the portland or near district wants to join and their in highschool, i need your emails PRONTO (right now), you guys will get the team emails and figure out the meetings at lincoln, and dont worry about the late fee, there wont be one because u havent been at the meetings.
 
We are just gonna go up on wednesdays to practice and then go to all the open competitions around oregon like vegetate and the mountain dew ones.
 
OH ya bend high has one.. they are reallly reallly badass. seriously dont fuck with them bc are hard core. I believe they entered one of the mtn dew comps and got last but they are hard core.

true, but he's rarely on, we are the only ones who hit up the forums on the regs. i think at the meeting tonight we should bring this up as a major issue. haha. just kidding.
 
i was going to join hood river team, but their making us race and were not allowed to go to the park all the time so i quit

are freestyle team is going to suck.

i just switched from snowboarding so i wont be ready for a rail jam in december.

when is the first comp?
 
Wait! What? HRV is going to have a freestlye team a long with a race team?!!??? that would be so fucked cuz they will not take on the snowboard team .. that is fucking amazing ... you know tones of state camps and all

I'm mad jealous, there was definitely NOT a freestyle team when I was in high school but I always dreamed about it.
 
i like to drink tooooooons of redbull in the lodges because they sponsor tanner hall... and simon dumont.... soooooo it must make you ski well.
 
here in bend we might get ski club which allows us to miss like one day a semister to go ski but we are still setting it up
 
yeah, i live in the district, thats why im allowed in. but shit. i dropped out of highschool. i can ski whenever the fuck i want. i can mis everyday a semester. haha
 
wtf??  drop out.. to do what?  till thatd kinda cool though too. i droped out and ended up 18 and in my sophmore year of college. and with  a yr abroad under my belt.
 
i'm on the hood river "freestyle" team, we go up wednesdays and thursdays.

but our coaching staff is nothing compared to yours. literally
 
yeah our coaches are really tight and i'm guessing that they will compete in the 18 and over divisions of the competitions.
