No ski, other than those with wider waist will have more surface area. There's a reason you can slide sideways on top of powder with them, it's not the side cut, it's the surface area. I'd think skiing lcc you wouldn't be such a dumbass when it comes to powder skis, but I guess that's what happens when you wash dishes for a living and smoke pot in the dorms.
