Lightest ski and heaviest ski????

It depends on length. But I'd say some madtrix mounted with invaders would be the lightest

not sure about lightest, stls were the lightest i've held though. Spatulas take the cake for heaviest, stainless steal ski that's fat with reverse sidecut, that's a lot of material.

I'm gonna get some volants in like 200cm and mount them with reactors they'd be a perfect grom ski!

i dont see why everybody thinks madtrix are that heavy...i just got a pair and i dont think they are heavy at all..i had line 1260's before them

my stl's are super super light, they seem sooo much lighter than my ar5's. only bad thing is after a day of skiing them im still not used to them, and it takes a while to get used to skiing switch, but i can tell when im used to them they are goona be super good for spins.

i dont know about the heaviest, probably some huge jumping or downhill skis.

How does the fact that they have reverse sidecut mean its alot of material? Spatulas probably have close to the same surface area as any other fat ski....sure its fatter under foot but its also super narrow in tip and tail. BDskier i see you post so many posts in which you have no clue what youre talking about.

^ ha oh SNAP!

Isnt this the most simple question holy FAK.

Salomon Teneighty Space Frame Technology (= Lightest skies ever. suited up with one of the higher end Salmon bindings (not highest). the plastic P O S......

and heaviest?

The Old Nordica Beasts were heavy as fucking hell, which leads me to think the new ones are still quite tankful, but Volant defiantly takes that one.

no, hands down, the heaviest ski would be the Atomic Sugar Daddies with the binding plate and the atomic bindings. good lord, its like a fucking piece of cement.

You must just have your G.R.D. 120/125/115 think about it, they're fat all the way through the ski, Most fat skis are 100 in the waist, hmm that's smaller than any part of the spatulas, and the waist tells you the most about the overall width of the ski. No ski, other than those with wider waist will have more surface area. There's a reason you can slide sideways on top of powder with them, it's not the side cut, it's the surface area. I'd think skiing lcc you wouldn't be such a dumbass when it comes to powder skis, but I guess that's what happens when you wash dishes for a living and smoke pot in the dorms.

spatulas dimensions are 120-125-115. definitely more surface area than most anything

lightest. LINE Celebrity or Armada JP vs Julien (lighter than 171 Foil)

heaviest. your momma on anything

p.s. I meant to say G.E.D., basically with you're inability to comprehend something as simply as surface area you barely got out of high school.

im not sure if any one said this yet, but the lightest ski on the market today is a ski from Goode they are made of cabon fiber, and they are comming out with a twin tip next season, there about 1/3 or the weight of a normal ski at the same lenght.

sorry. i must agree the Goode skis are by far the lightest. straight up carbon fibre for like 1600.

the jp vs julien is lighter than the 171 foil. im not lying

haha... I can vouch! They are heavy as shit. But I'd say my ARV's are heavier with the reactors... but MOST heavy.. prophets.. lightest?? I dunno new Jp's are super light. 1080's are light too.
