I don't know how much more highly I can speak of Jiberish, but Pete really went to great extents to help me. Called me back and said he wanted to talk to me personally so I wouldn't be told to contact this person, then this person and he really apologized about the situation. I am glad that when I am paying that much extra, I am getting superior customer serivice. The hoodie is being sent back to him tomorrow and when it gets there, we will see what we can do. Pete seems to be doing everything correctly to run a high quality business, unfortunately he still looses money each season. Go out and support him and his great brand NS.
