Jiberish changing up the skiing outerwear game

I would buy it to have something nice to wear in stormy/winter weather, but I wouldn't get it to ski in. Either way it's probably too expensive for me, but interesting idea nonetheless.

I get that it's fashion, but I wouldn't really want to ski in some peacoat type fishtailed parka...

Those costs are definitely my style for off-mountain winter wear but I just can't imagine wearing that while skiing.

They made it look a lot better than a normal person will look wearing it. I do like the coats, but on the hill it looked very awkward, almost as if they're wearing sport coats.

If I could get that in the UK and afford it, would rock any of that and be stoked on it.

trying to get my head around it. it honestly looks dope but so different than what else is out there. can't tell if I can pull it off…. but I am definitely intrigued.

love it or hate it, no doubt who still runs the snow game. gotta respect a brand that continues to take creative risks no one else would even consider. This is a serious flex. I guarantee other brands will copy them now too, just like they always do.

I can't wait to see people in peacoats on the mountain. I have been waiting for a great new point-and-laugh trend to come along since Bart Simpson fleece hats went the way of the dodo.

Burton actually tried it a few years ago. They had outerwear which had alot of those styling details. unsurprisingly it did not take off. Maybe it will be differnt this time round, but honestly unless you just spend all your time in the park I cant see anyone rocking that stuff all round the mountain.

i like the new designs as street wear, but i could never see myself rockin the split back coat on the mountain

I already ski in a peacoat style jacket with a collar and buttons up the front, so I'm all behind this.

they're really trying to tie street and the mountains together. they need to bring it back to the glory days.

although i probably cant afford it, its get the quilted to wear in the streets. freed.

killin it as usual. not my personal on mountain style, but would definitely rock some of that on the street

One of the coats looked similar to the red nike one jossi was wearing in xgames. That is the only one id even consider. But its just too radical for me

Since I already wear a suit jacket and matching pants for spring skiing, yes I would definitely wear this. Fuck the haters. Cept my GoodWill suit was much less expensive than the Jiberish will be.

so damn classy. I would pick one of these up in a heartbeat. Jiberish bringing class to the mountain.

There's a difference between fashion and style. This is fashion, and will be outdated and forgotten in a couple years. That being said, I also don't want to look like a pretentious hipster while I'm skiing.

When its the furthest thing from quality material. Please just move on from the snowsports scene jiberish, this lame hipster shit is just becoming comical.

I, personally think they look pretty cool. Definitely a different approach, may take some time for them to grow on people. I'd wear it for park laps!

That stuff looked like complete dog shit though. Even more so that the typical cheapo Burton outfit. This stuff would look nice off the hill, not sure there are a whole lot of good places for it on the hill.

I was gonna say...this is right up his alley and he might be one of they only people who could pull it off.

For streetwear though, I would rock that quilted and grey peacoat in an instant. I tried to find Jossi's NikeSB coaches jacket from XGames for streetwear too but to no avail...

The fact that they're just following the main fashion market (as opposed to the skiing market), which seems to consist of a lot of older fashion trends coming back, like pants that are rolled up or are too short, overcoat things with buttons, and other hipster bullshit, they're not being original at all. They're following a trend, because that's where they're going to make the most money. If they were being creative, they'd be doing things that no one else in the fashion industry is doing, and by that I mean they'd be doing innovative things instead of copying others.

I personally think you have to be halfway retarded to wear a peacoat skiing, but I guess in a place where Jossi wears designer shades and rings, and Max Hill wears (what appear to be) leather pants, a button up peacoat isn't that insane.

By the way, who the fuck purposely wears pants that are too short? More and more jahbroni's at me school are doing in and it looks fucking redonkeylus.
