Every time I see a thread like this, the same scenario plays through my head.....
(Random Bro)- "Yo (insert big name comp skier), you going to try that Quad today you had Redbull build the perfect jump for? How about that future spin you were talking about yesterday?"
(Big name comp skier)- "Nah man screw that, I wouldn't want to ruin the progression of skiing. I heard some kids on Newschoolers talking about it the other day. I think I'll just stick to nosebutters and cork 3s......"
My point is like how do you expect someone not to do it? Why should a professional athlete not strive to achieve the pinnacle of performance?
Like should every professional skier be required to smoke copious amounts of weed and stop training, so that they could achieve a fluid style like Henrik??
