It seems that Orage is on the decline

It seems to me orage isnt the hot shit like how its been on previous years. They have an anemic pro team, other than schiller, vanudogg is gone, Iannick B has been gone for awhile, other than michelle parker and JP who is relegated to being in PBP's mediocre ski porn bull shit im not sensing too much coming from Orage?

And to be honest, their shit doesn't look that dank, just kind of like a skier trying to poorly copy a ronin jacket.

i think they are sick, who cares if they dont have a big team. remember when line dropped everyone except pollard?

I like how orage really backs skiing. there a skiing company first. But personally Im not a huge fan of this years stuff, they have defiantly done better. Still like the company though

the cuts of their newer styles are as on point as any ski company, and they're the one ski outerwear company that snowboarders (who know whats up) consider buying from. jp will always be the shit, they get ridiculous exposure through tj, and michelle parker kills it. i think orage is doing fine.

i think that the jackets and things are ill they have a sick team and hopefully they have good years to come

I think their jackets are super comfy, looks aren't anything too exciting this year though

anyone know a good online dealer of orage?

They desing sick stuff, and it's insaine quality. But I have this feeling they are having some problems too. I saw their catalog last winter for the 2008 collection, and they cut almost half of the suits they had desinged and put in the catalog. Some of that stuff was sick, like TJ's yellow and brown suit. They didn't even make the model of pants he was wearing.

Well they do have some other riders on their team, i don't think they expose them enough. Like Craig Coker And Banks Gilberti. Their stuff is sick, probably the most "skier" type stuff available out there. I love orage.

i always liked orage but then i bought some slightly used pants off NS from a fellow skier and i got them and i was like OMFG, these are sick shit, they are much more heavy duty than oakley for sure....... bottom line "orage is the shit!"-me

Orage makes dope stuff and its really good quality. They have some solid riders behind them and there def growing every year. They've never been a huge company but they work hard with their riders. I think there fucking dope and i love their shit.

I think orage is on the uphill if anything, i have an orage jacket from like 3 or 4 years ago and it's kind of gay not gunna lie. their jackets are getting alot steezier to keep up w/ the skiier's taste and i think they're doing fine

yeah i just recently got an orage corp jacket and that shit is my favorite jacket i have owned. mad pockets and super waterproof/breathable

I dont know. they practically sell ALL of their gallery and masters stuff every year, usually before its even fall, so...

1 word for orage- afuckingmazing. i have had an orage coat n pants for 3 seasons (just got new volcom pants this year, i bought the orage ones too small :( ) and that shit has held up like the great wall of china. its super warm when it needs to be, plus its breathable so you dont get too sweaty

i agree. they are on the decline for sure. they cancelled all of the cool stuff for this year that all the pros had last year.

if orage had a huge team and ridiculous cash like say oakley and salomon, i don't think i would get it. they make tight stuff while still remaining one of the most core companies in the ski industry.

exactly. it is the highest quality stuff i have ever worn, hands down. sure its expensive up front, but it lasts longer than pretty much anything else. definitely a great company to support

ya, it's a bummer. they have some sick stuff, but way too expensive. so gay. who cares who's on their team? they just need to chill out on the prices and they'll sell more stuff cause their stuff is dope.

orage has never had good looking shit. Its bland colorless and lineless.

JP rules... tj rules... im sure porker rules... but orage does not rule.

they made those yellow suits but then no stores ordered them so they didnt produce large quantities. It happens all the time. Samples are made then shops dont order it.

I thought their stuff this year was so so until i saw it in person. the website makes it look like tight ass lame clothes but its really nice

Yeah their internet site sucks a bit. I liked when it was separated in categories so you could easilly find masters, gallery and riders edge stuff.

And about the team, no one has mentionned Matt Walker and Phil Casabon! 2 insaine riders

ya i have the club tweed jacket and the jam tweed pant super nice durable and very warm outfit i love it

I personally think they go over the top with the small things. Like zippers, and buttons etc...I have a masters jacket and the zipper is so fucking annoying, other than that I love it. They ruined such a nice jacket by putting in some huge ass zipper made of metal that doesn't work half the time...

I have the Orage Club Jacket, and the brown jam pants, they are a sick compnay to deal with, and the outfit looks fucking tight, and its warm, what else could you ask for?

that may be true but i'll stick with my HH stuff cause it's sick and little easier on the pocket. i'd put HH's quality up against orage anyday too.

I don't think its really fair to say its on the decline, because I have full orage and I love it. I don't really go for the super baggy and XXL, so I go with orage, because their stuff has class. You don't need to wear it super baggy for it to look good. Thats not to say that I don't get it a little large though.

I have orage pants and jacket from two years ago and i can say they are mad durable. Its good shit, fits perfect, mad comfortable, functional, and tough.

i have a orage connor jacket and i love it super durable, water proff and warm when it needs to be.plus its named after me and i dident find out intill after i bought it.

i really like the corduroy jacket and pants along with the puffy tweed pants and jacket but all their new stuff this year seems to be lacking their unique style.

orage is quality no doubt but the jackets look like something that a millionare in aspen would want to wear and its jsut way too expensive

Orage is wack for a few reasons

1. they don't have xxl (their shit is tiny)

2. their shit is so expensive (like absurd)

3. their shit looks really flashy
