It seems that Orage is on the decline

a few contradictory statements:

1. they dont need xxl, not everyone needs to be a gangster, and there seriously arnt that many fat people out there.

2. thier shit is more expensive cuz its way better quality.

3. everyone's shit looks flashy, look at oakley's shit..

not true, i have this years tweed jam pants, XXL. they are massive and oh so steezy. not really flashy at all. and fully believe they were worth what i paid for them

I have XXL york pants...

You just cant find XXL pants because they dont make many of them, and as I said on the first page, their shit sells like hotcakes (at least from them, not necessarily at shops).

Their Masters and Gallery shit can be quite pricey, but not always so. The jam stuff this year is no more expensive than any quality stuff from any other brand out there.

And as the good ol saying goes: you get what you pay for. They make their shit pretty exclusive, but it is so quality.

Their shit is some of the least flashy out of any of the major ski brands. Honestly, their shit can be quite conservative at times, which is great, so you don't look like a fucking clown.

Anyway, Orage>most

I love my Orage gear, they sponser the freestyle team im on and we all got the alasken jacket and I dunno what the pants are called but they go with the jacket, but we all got them for way less then even the jacket alone cost. I think that was very awesome, and everyone on the team loves the gear so much. I was at lake louise and got a couple complaments on the jacket so I think they look fine haha.

I dont think id ever by an orage jacket without getting a discount tho. They cost so much

1. they do, i have both xxl pants and jackets

2. you pay what you get for, you pay for a jacket that doesnt get you wet and is made out of really quality stuff.

3. Depends on the suit? some of it is way flashy though, i agree.

No offense to orage because they are a pretty sick company and I don't want to hate, but I am really not impressed with their outerwear. I rode with one of their jackets last year and it got shredded and fell apart really quickly. This is not to say that ALL of their jackets are like this but compared to other outerwear I have sported it was probably the worst. Other companies I have worn jackets from include THF(personal fav for quality) and Burton which were both superior

ok thanks for making me look dumb. also, their shit is flashy and very expensive. dont give me that quality bullshit. no jacket should be SO quality that i could buy a pair of skis (or two) instead of it.

i love the fact that they put a lot of time into developing alternative fabrics, like the tweed/leather/crazy shit used on the jp pro model suit. its good to see someone is trying to do something unique rather than just a new pattern. holden is the same way, developed from the ground up with super bomber construction and style.

that being said, i skied in the rain today and my club tweed jacket/jam tweed pant got soaked, wish i had worn my bonfire stuff (goretex)

the last 3 coats i've owned have been orage masters. Every single one is/ was still flawless if i wanted to sell. The quality is amazing. If you look for deals it really isn't that expensive

I have one of thier jackets (don't remember the name) but it's the most water proof and warm thing (for how thin it is) that i have ever had. It has this mysterious green interior fleece-like fabric that gets warmer depending on how much body heat I put out (or don't). Love tha thing. And it's durable as fuck. I'll tell you this, if they're going downhill, i'ts not showing in my coat.

i have 2 orage masters suits (the corp suit from 2 years ago and the cook suit from last year) and they are both so sick snd such a high quality. Honestly I cannot wear the cook about 25 degrees because it's soo warm. I love their stuff and will keep buying it
