Does anyone ski Igneous FFF's with swallowtail, I'm thinking about getting a pair. If you do, can I have some feedback please? Thanks.

Yep.

unless ALL you do is backcountry and you never see less than at least 3-4 feet of fresh, why bother with such an unversatile ski? the guy i work with has a rossi bandit b2. 80mm waist, with a good powder flex. he can tear up the ice or the waist deep. In more than waist deep he'd want a fatter ski, but seriously, that 80mm waist takes him everywhere and anywhere... except the park, but hey, neither would a swallow tail. swallow tails are allergic to rails.

Get something like a Seth Pistol or Scratch BC. unless all you ever see if waist deep and more.

^^The ski for blasting through Squaw-frozen-avalanche-crap-death cookie show is the Volkl explosiv. They were made for that mountain. Just look at JT Holmes and most of the other locs killing nose-to-fingers every powder morning. You need something really stiff and stable, the explosiv fits that mold.

Jeff: Hey Geoff, did Ronny tell you not to wear any boxers so he could rape you better?

Geoff: No, I just put my boxers on backwards so the hole is in the back...it's alot easier that way.

'I'm in his nigger crew' (my little brother in response to my statement that he was in my 'digger crew')

'My knee hurts' (Jeff Merat after grinding a lunch table for an hour instead of sitting in the ski patrol shack for his torm mcl and acl which he got earlier that day.)

'I'm not asking for any help, just maybe for you to get off your ass.'(my dad)

Gotamas then, that's what i'm planning on getting, 105mm waist anyone?

I have a pair of igneous fgs 185 that have a 250 stiffness. i only take them out when there is a ton of snow. they are really sick skis, but not very versatile. i use a 179 seth pistol most of the time, and those are a lot more managable. if you have other skis to use most days then get a pair of igneous to wreck with on deep days. they destroy whatever you want them to, and they are nearly indestructable. i love mine and will probably never get rid of them.

Rossi Bandit B2's have a 76mm waist, not 80.

They are a heaveee skis. I Have the FFL in a 200...best ski I've ever owned.

But, alas....don't be afraid. If you can get them DO IT. They are so freakin sweet and you won't regret it.
