i mean, have you done any other board sports? i think they're pretty easy/intuitive if you've ever boarded in one form or another
ironically you might have great use for a pow surf in a place that doesn't have huge mtns. i have (a cheaper) one and i use it more than you might think cause they glide really well so i'll use it on short/low angle soft snow when the ""terrain"" isn't nearly enough to make skiing exciting-- parks, hills in the woods, whatever around your town
100% purely for soft snow though, trying to use them on hard pack or ice is a 1 way ticket to having no control whatsoever and eating shit hard
