I got royally fucked at wild.

Moral of the story: don't run from police unless you are 100% certain you can get away without a trace. Running from police=automatic felony, no matter what you're running from. Bummer you got fucked, but you're not exactly a victim here.
 
Whoop, my bad. I read it all wrong. After re-reading that all, how are you being charged with a felony for verbal assault? The theft I can maybe understand, for the kid's season pass you took, right? But there is no way you could get a felony charge for verbal assault. The only way assault can be felony is if it's aggravated, usually involving a weapon. You should fight that one.

Wait, you didn't try and poke any eyes out with your poles, did you?
 
haha and the theft of a lift ticket wouldnt be classified as a felony, it would have to be over like 500 bucks or something i think
 
You should have just let the employees stop you, apologize to them and be polite, offer to pay for a ticket, let them give you a warning, and tell them you will stay away for a few weeks or something. Even if you got away, you could never go back there again anyways. Running will almost always end badly, which it did...
 
yeah that was my  original plan but the guy was a complete dick to me and said he was calling he cops for physical aault which never happened. so i ran , i dunno it was a dumb mistake but its all said and done now. im over it, i just have to go to court yet again
