ok, first of all, you should not lose all that weight all at once!!!! i am a designated health nut, and i know that's pretty bad for you.  i feel your pain, though because i tore my meniscus this season and couldn't walk for two months straight. so i basically made all my friends go shopping and buy me food all spring while i vegged out all day in front of the tv. after i had surgery, though, and started exercising again i began losing weight really fast, which was extremely scary. ya see, when you lose weight really fast (i.e. more than 1-2 pounds per week), it is pretty bad for your general health. also, when you don't eat enough carbs (sorry to bash the sacred heart diet here), if fucks up your blood sugar and you'll end up with chronic problems like diabetes. i know it feels weird at first when you're suddenly heavier, but just eat healthy and in time, it just disappears. and as long as you're not an asshole, chicks should not have a problem with that.   that said, good luck and i hope you're all fully recovered for next season.
