yea so i got injured at the end of this last season. my god i got fat. i've been trying to loose this pudge for like a month and i still got a nice layer....i think i might actually have to run and loose this shit.

does anyone else chunk up during the ski season?

whenever you're hungrey drink alot of water then eat an apple and you'll be full. That worked for me.

This sounds simple and stupid but the key is to really look at what your eating. If a food has more than 10 grams of fat per serving you should just avoid it... like pizza, burgers, fries, potato chips, ice cream, butter, etc... just say fuck those foods and eat better. In order to lose weight, you need to eat less calories than you are burning. Eat only 1000 calories a day and you will get thinner.

 
Its sad, but your 10th grade PE teacher was right. Eat healthy and daily excersise. Much easier said that done though. If you don't have the time for the gym, set your alarm an hour earlier and just go for a jog every morning.

once you start a runnign routine it gets fuckign easy and then you eat whatever you want and shit

just run however far you can, then do it like every other day..once you do it for a week itll be easy

yeah i ran 8 miles every day this whole week, 4 miles in the morning and 4 in the afternoon, and i got way thinner, you can see the outline of a six pack now :D, and its there all day instead of just the morning haha. but yeah what that kid ^ up there said about setting your alarm early and going out and running would help. i didnt change my eating habbits at all, so sometimes i would be eating a tasty cake on the tread mill, just try running and eating healthy and you will loose weight really fast.

Eat really healthy, eat less, and then start excercising. You don't need to go to the gym, just go swim with your friends, or play basketball. If you want to do more then lose a couple pounds around you abs, start doing situps.

ok, first of all, you should not lose all that weight all at once!!!! i am a designated health nut, and i know that's pretty bad for you. i feel your pain, though because i tore my meniscus this season and couldn't walk for two months straight. so i basically made all my friends go shopping and buy me food all spring while i vegged out all day in front of the tv. after i had surgery, though, and started exercising again i began losing weight really fast, which was extremely scary. ya see, when you lose weight really fast (i.e. more than 1-2 pounds per week), it is pretty bad for your general health. also, when you don't eat enough carbs (sorry to bash the sacred heart diet here), if fucks up your blood sugar and you'll end up with chronic problems like diabetes. i know it feels weird at first when you're suddenly heavier, but just eat healthy and in time, it just disappears. and as long as you're not an asshole, chicks should not have a problem with that. that said, good luck and i hope you're all fully recovered for next season.

dude, im real skinny, and i eat lots of bad crap. except usually dont eat breakfast cause i get up at 10. but like every lunch i have consists of two slices of pizza or two michigan dogs, maybe some chips, arizona iced tea, and a milky way. i just get board and try to skate outside for a little bit every day. and im getting better at manuals too so that's okay i guess.

ok^^ dude, some bodies are lucky like that, others are not, so you have to eat healthy and excerise, 5-10 fruit and veggies a day, 3-4 milk seervings(depends on your sex and age)5-12 grain products and 2-3 servings of protein, and get 1-2 hours of excerise per day, and going for two hour long bike rides (preferbably mountain biking, hard) three times a week, in a couple of weeks you will notice a difference and drink 1l of water everyday no matter what

I need some tips for getting fatter. For the last month my day consists of: wake up at 12, eat 6 blinztes, 4 waffles, edit On Point/ go on NS all day, smoke weed and go to a movie, eat tons of candy and chips and pastries afterwards, go home, go on ns again, smoke again and eat again. But I havent gained more then 2 pounds yet whats goin on. Im still 5'10 and 135

eat peanut butter,white bread, peanuts and anything with a lot of protean and carbohydrates...it will make you heavier if you eat it all the time... but im like you i can never gain weight no matter what i eat, im still 130lbs

yeah broke my leg at the end of last season too wow breaking a leg can really set you back lucky for me i got one hell of a fast metabolism and i was a runner before so now i have like a month to get into shape for cc this fall its going to be a bitch neh yeah just run and dont eat at all thats what i do just remember dont get too skinny chicks dont like skiny kids

and dude, if you think white bread and peanuts is a healthy choice for you body in any apsect, then you my friend are SORELY mistaken. there are far better ways of getting all the protein and carbs you need than eating Americas processed and lifeless excuse for food. like, seriously!

get your fatass out of you smelly room and go for a run. Running is a great exercise. go throw a frisbee with a friend, go play tennis, SWIMMING! i dont swim but its crazy tiring so that will get you in shape quickly
