Tips: Do the work you are assigned to do NOW, not later. Work hard, and earn the right to keep your job by being on time and dressed in a socially acceptable (read: no baggy pants or tank tops - shirt, tie possibly, and fitted pants), and remember that you are new, so learn from the staff. If it's easy going, you'll fall into the correct pattern of behavior in due time. If not, just remember to work hard and you'll always earn your tip. Managers notice when they don't have to deal with someone as often as the others. Even if they don't tell you good job, if you're not fucking up, you're doing it right.
