don't touch your face ever ever ever ever. use moisturizer more than you think you should; it's better for you in the end. I think that eating fatty foods every now and then is normal and necessary for overall good health, just wash with soap and water so it isn't on your hands.
don't you abrasive/bacterial fighting face washes. This sounds totally oxymoronic, but think about it: all the exfoliants are good for removing dead skin, but they also put on a stress of irritation to young skin below that layer; you can just scrub you face in your hands to remove the dead cells.
Furthermore, that added stress, plus the chemicals, kills bacteria. Picture your face as an ecosystem of good and bad bacteria, which are there, if you apply a bunch of acidic chemicals that are typically in acne medicine, you will kill all bacteria on your face. This means that there is more competition between good and bad, and good usually is better at it given its own natural playing field.
Also, don't pop that shit unless its gross white head status. It's better to leave it be or else you'll just exaggerate the inflammation and make a big red spot on your face worse than it was.
