^ Good point about promotion, they do get a lot more exposure in Europe, as that is where many are based. Not many British riders do comps over in the U.S. mand there won't be much knowledge of them over your side, so yes i should retract my comment about ignorance, however as i said before, not knowing about them does not mean that they are shit.
Although there are one or two big sponsors available for the top British riders, in general the companies supporting us do not have as big marketing budgets as the companies supporting hte top U.S. riders. Line UK is very small, and the same goes for the other manufacturers. For British riders to secure a big sponsor usually means that they have to get onto the European factory teams. This means a lot of world class competition. We have a few riders on these teams, but not many. Sorry for ranting haha.
