Hey guys so I'm a bit worried. Couple weeks ago at steamboat I knuckled the step down had a pretty sharp pain in right knee but was able to keep skiing and rode the rest of the week. Could still feel it but wasn't losing mobility/ or that much strength so I didn't think anything of it. It's been about 3 weeks now and it's still an annoying pain that just won't seem to go away. I even took a 4-5 day rest period before skiing again. I'm still skiing at about 90% every day but still feel it on the outside of my knee on turns and even just chillin around home. So I really don't want to go get an MRI, I thought it was just a strain or something but it's a persistent annoying pain and I'm sooo over it. Is there a way to test if it's serious injury or not? What should I do ns
