The easiest way is to tell her hot friend you have no interest. Plain and simple. Whether or not you like the hot friend, the hot friend can cool the whole situation down much faster than you can yourself. Unless the hot friend is a psycopath, then that idea shits the bed real quick

If that doesn't work, or she's so bad she doesn't have a hot friend, well...... Dive in yourself and tell her that you're not interested. You'll catch weeks of awkward hell for this one, but whatever.

Prank calling her at random hours of the morning will eventually work too.
