I just got suspended for continued harrasment, and death threats. I wrote the death threats in note form, but i was joking at the time under the name "ninja o shawnessy" This kids parents have been known to sue atnd take shit to court. I was sincerly joking but obviosly no one cares. i wrote stuff like "my wrath will come across your soul like the power of nun chucks, prepare to die" how much shit am i in
 
when u go to jail. find the biggest black guy and make him ur boyfriend because instead of being fucked in the ass by multiple guys you will just have one huge black dick in your ass. Plus he can protect you. have fun =-)
 
Just get your parents to be okay with it, then make them laugh at things and you laugh at the charges they put against you. Not in court, but like if the parents talk or something. So then you make a laughing matter out of it. It works if you can get your parents to lighten up the situation.
 
man that sucks.. just go and oppologize, tell them it was all a joke and shit.. they should understand i mean if you made a name like Ninja O Shawnee and said you would attack with nunchucks they obvsly cant take that seriously
 
haha thats pretty funny. write an apology letter and be sincere and tell them u were joking and ur a moron. but have VERY subltle ninja allusions in it and keep a copy for urslef to laugh it up about later
 
I had the same thing happen to me. I was on the bus and this little kindergarten kid we always told obviously fake stuff to and he believed it. Anywho somehow we got on the topic of knives and this little bitch told his mom that we threatened him. His mom went and told the school and I got a two day suspension and they were claiming they were gonna call the cops. The best part is I only have to look at him and say hi and the kid crys!
 
Tell them that you write your feelings down on paper to help you Deal with your emotions, and that you lost a bunch of it, and the kid must have taken it the wrong way....Do it, It'll work! maybe, or just go shoot someone, and prove them right

and then pretend to be all crazy and shit and make yourself foam at the mouth then like flip out in court then youll just go to therapy and shit and then once your sure you wont go to prison kill the kid and his parents. then hide out in the bush for the rest of your life
 
get a black ninja suit and a mask to conceal you identity. now write a long sincere apology, but from the ninja o' shawnessy. when you know the kids parents are looking out the window of his house. run out of the bushes. roll across the grass and place the note on his doorstep ring the doorbell and disappear. they will think your nuts but they'll be happy you apologized. always make ninja refernces from here on out.
 
Definately write an apology letter, and after that I would be surprised if they took you to court.
 
Hahahaah "like the power of nun-chucks." Who could possibly take that seriously? Just direct them to realultimatepower.net so they realize that ninjas are the craziest and coolest fuckers ever.
 
hahaahaha idiots, not you, but the people that are gonna sue you, who the fuck would take such a threat seriously... I wish you luck though because those ppl must be very annoying. This reminds me of the time my friends were blowing up firecrackers on the beach and somebody called the cops, and they brought the coast guards as well as 2 cop cars on the beach. You should slap those ppl in the face and make them realize how dumb they are...
 
you are really fucked. schools take that stuff so seriously. its not how you intended it, its how the kid percieved it. if you apologize a ton and sort it out im sure you can get out of it. but harassment is a big deal so stop being a dipshit
 
we all know that the kid is probably a weinee and you were probably making fun of him, but a bold faced lie never hurt anyone...in this situation...some of the time
 
sounds like such a joke if you tell them you werent being serious i dont see how you could get charged

how can you get sued. you didnt wreck anything of his. Wouldnt the court just throw that case out. Dude my friend got her wisdom teeth out. The doctor cut a nerve in her face and now she can move the left side of her face. With the canadian judical system her lawyer said shes got no chance at sueing. I cant believe they can sue you for a fucken letter.
 
I wrote an apology letter, its nice and juicy, and i arranged a meeting with him and his family. its going to be awkward as hell, but less akward than a man named tyrone penetrating my virgin asshole. I think im going to be fine because a cop didnt show up at my door yet.
 
oh man hope everything works out. But in the case that it doesn't you might want to start putting things in your ass to loosen it up so "tyrone" doesn't hurt you too bad. Hopefully the squirrel man is at jail to protect you.
