How much trouble am I in

heres some new info i got just now: i am suspended indefinitly until wednesday, following further review by the school board. this is some serious shit becaus ethe head of the school board is a lawyer,. But on the bright side im not in jail right now. Im pretty scared, these are death threats, and i may be put into juvee or whatever
 
i think its the continued harashment thing that is gonna get ya more than the death threats but tell us about the kid who you have sent these death threats to he sounds like a tool anyway good luck with it
 
sounds like this kid along with his sueing parents are little bitches. they can probably fuck you over in this fucked up system of ours.

This kid is a bitch, plain and simple. he is rich because his mom sued a motel because her fat ass fell through the stairs. He gets everything he wants, and doesnt work for dick shit. He is always happy, and he is just an all around anal dominator. he wears such faggish clothing to. I had no intent to harm him whatsoever because he is way bigger than me, and we were just playing a little gam type thing. Now im on rought to possibly expulsion. Im in a ski program were i ski every second afternoon instead of school. Im pretty much kissing that all goodbye because a couple of notes got wtaken way out of hand. If any of you havbe parents on the BC school board, please convince to be easy on my weary little frame

ya, your life's over. here's what: just tell them if they decide to sue, their impending deaths will be a hundred times more painful. i'm sure it couldn't possibly make your punishment all that much worse, since they've already got you for threats anyway.

Example: A burglar wins a lawsuit against his victim whose house he broke into and cut himself with a kitchen knife while robbing her ass.

And all that shit like "Hey I ate at Maccy D's every day for five years and I got fat, I want a gazillion dollars in compensation." And they pay. What the fuck??

If you went to court with a lawsuit like that anywhere in say, Europe, the judge would laugh your sorry ass out the court room sooner than you could fart.

Is this what it has come to? O tempora, o mores. I'm sorry if I'm ranting, but damn. No wonder the rest of the world sees America as a joke...

i don't see how this is such a big deal, and how everyone is like "you're fucked" in my school there is so much harassment, and nothing ever happens. your town must have a buncha little bitches.
 
the same kid got me a 5 day suspension and he is succchhh a tattle tail i just want to kick him in the box
 
haha i remember when if you even said the word "gun" in my junior high and an authority figure heard, you were promptly suspended. they got sooo serious about that shit. and one time in sixth grade a girl brought a plastic BUTTER KNIFE TO SCHOOL to spread cream cheese on a bagel, and one of the students got offended and went and told on her. she got SUSPENDED for it. people were flipping out. and after that we always had to ask before we brought the plastic butter knives in
 
Try andplay it off as a joke, then offer to apologise if it was misinterpreted. Really try and laugh it off.

You will have to be ballsy to do it properly, but you should get away with it if you're on the ball.

i remember in the lunch room every1 was throwin shit into the trashcan and a teacher came to yell at us...so wen she turned around i was lookin at her to make sure she wasnt lookin and i threw a pencil and the janitor happened to be in my line of fire...it hit him in the face...he was threatening to press charges for assault w/ a deadly weapon and shit...but it never happened so dont worry about it...nothin will happen
 
I would just start to cry in front of the judge and start saying "he touched my no no spot" and point to the kid you were harrasing. and go into some long story about it like under the bleachers......cornerd you in bathroom... what ever comes to mind. ask joecoolski about all the times he spent ant camp, he has loads of stories
 
show up at the meeting dressed like a ninja w/ a mask and sword and shit... " I CHALLENGE YOU TO A DUEL" THEN see what happens.
 
i did update, it all went down really good, Justa week suspension, which i already served and a mediator. but other than that, it went smoothly. that little bitch coundlt believ it. his parents were spinning that i didnt get expelled. whatever, i wrote a letter and all that so thanks guys
