I did, a 2 years ago i got my first pair of twins, realy wanted to do a spin, too scared of landing switch so i just commited and did a 3, this happen to anyone else?

my first lock was a 5 because i was trying a 3 and overrotated and fell then just kept trying and got it down

nope. I learned to 180 on the little side-of-trail jumps that 8 year olds love so much. come to think of it, I like them a lot too- they're super funn to just tear around in big trains, when there's no big mountain stuff open...

i learned switch 1s first because i didnt have twin tippers and for some reason i didnt catch on the lip

1's first. Too scared to land sideways with 3's.

Wasnt on twins either. Just landed leaning maaad forward, kinda butter out.

switch 180s first because this chick on my mountain was learnign them too so i decided to try them.... i got it before she did. but yeah 360s seem easier i never learned a 180 until after switch 1's and 360s

wait off jumps or just dickin around? cuz 1's were just fun things to pop off little shit but i learned 3's on actual jumps first

i learned 1's because i used a tiny jump that was about a foot high and i had no speed so thats all i could do

i was doing 180s and switch 180s like nobodys business before i even got twin tips. then the first day i got twin tips i went for 360. sounds a little weird but yeah

I honestly started with a 3. Never tried 180 before. I don't have twin tips. Is there really a difference between twin tips and other skis? I know they allow you to go backwards, but is that all?

well i was to pussy to try and spin a 3 until 4 years ago so i did alot of 1s like it was all i would spin haha still my favorite

First 3 I learned on jumps before I even tried a 1...I dunno 1s just came natural from just going switch on groomers or over little lips...Never really learnt them they just kinda came to me haha

I learned switch 1's first because i was at first afraid of both spinning a 3 and landing backwards, but skiing backwards wasnt the problem, just landing felt awkward

i did a mad reverse pizza on my first 180 while i should have done a french frie and skied away like a G....

I learned 360 first cause I was a racer and did not have twintips but after I also learned 180 and sw 180 with my race skis.

i started with 1s well before 3s. i think it totally fucked me up though cuz once i started trying 3s it was very difficult to get past the 180-270 rotation. but after i learned 3s and 5s and higher 1s became very difficult again. especially on large jumps

real small lips are easy to land switch, but spinning and landing off a kicker i feel more comfortable spinning 3 and landing fowards

not me. i went 180 360 720 540

couldnt land a 5 thats day, went for a 7 instead, got it first try

Learned 180's on the little jump on the side of the run. My first 3 though was on a jump in the park I could not 180 them.

i learned 1s first, then 3s, i feel more comfortable landing backwards so most of the time its a 180 540 270 or 450 to fakie
