How many of you got new skis this year?

I've been ridin my mad trix for 3 seasons now, this year is new boots..any suggestions pm me?!...and I wanna get somethin new next year for sure
 
I got new Guns. I use my Chronics from last year for rails, boxes, and park. I am going to start buying a pow ski one year(this year), and then a park the next year(like next year).
 
i got 02 concepts in may & am picking up some 03 bcs soon-i'll ski the concepts till theyre completely raped then do a sacrificial burning or something and the bcs till theyre as beat as the concepts are now before mounting them with tele bindings.

only then will i buy new skis (prolly 07 or something)
 
I got the invaders. They are the only ski that will work for me because I am 5'6" and only wiegh 115 lbs. but they are great
 
i got karma's last year, and then bought some old V pro's for $60 off a kid on NS, sometimes you just find a really good deal on skis that you can't pass up.
 
i had an old pair of rossi twins until '02. bought volkl expressions in '03, and they literally blew up on me in january of '04. got a credit for a new pair of skis and took the '04 scratch fs, which is what i'm on now. i'm quasi looking for new, bigger skis though, because these scratches have taken a beating.
 
i got "new" Armada ARV's this year, they are last years model but brand new. the only reason for that is because i moved to austria and only had PE's, which arent that good in pow. othwerwise i would just keep rocking the original PE's, they are still in fine shape.
 
yeah i gots my new skis this year, but i needed them bad because i had been skiing on my dynastars for like 3 years.
 
1st twin tip was dynastar concept till.....i bought last years cronics at the start of the last year season and skied them for a season and i am gunna ski them this season 2.
 
I ski hard and get about 4/5 days of skiing in each week.. so my skis get thrashed by the end of the year too.

I would still ride my scratches from last year but the skis are completely torn up and the bindings are broken. hah, I've been having to use a leash for my bindings.

Leashes on skis suck because when you crash and your ski pops off, it usually comes back and smacks you in the face or leg.
 
I got the 04/05 MSP 180's for this season, because the new ones look like crap....Love the STL and VCT's though.
 
got a pair of ar5's 176 after two years of 160 salomon fizz's, comming to the staes to add a pair of seths to the bag. at an instructors discount and tax deductable price so ill be paying $250 US for bindings and skis. if u are that worried about pice get a dam job
 
i've had a "new" pair every year (they were my bro's before me) and last year i said screw it and spent $600 on ski stuff. I got to pick my own skis and i don't have to use old stuff. this year i got a pair of old ar5's for urban
 
I went kinda balls out last season and bought a couple pairs, as before that I was on mad trix and original scratches (whichhad broken) and wanted to go fatter and longer. Hence, new quiver. I figured I should get a couple pair while I had money and the deals were there (last spring was ridiculous as far as cheap skis go).

There are plenty of people on here who ski enough to need new skis every season. This sport isn't exactly easy on equipment. And most of us do pay for it ourselves.
 
i got scratches last year, they should be good for another year, ill grow out of em so ill have to get new ones
