How do you pronounce Candide Thovex?

i think you pronounce the x

but you have the other part right

so its "CON-deed toe-vex"

hes french so there are also probably some weird sounds happening with that x

But coming back to my other question, how small is he? In interviews he looks like a 14 year old when he's my age (23/24).

 
lol, I'm French, and 3 years later, I have the answer for you:

- For the first syllable "CAN", it's pretty hard to explain how to pronounce it because you have no equivalent in English. The closest would be between "CAN" & "CON"

- For the second syllable "DIDE" you don't pronounce it "deed" but "DID"

- For the first syllable of the name, "THO", you pronounce it "TO" (like in TOtal)

- And for the last syllable "VEX" you pronounce it like your verb "to VEX"

The Result would be something like: Candid Tovexx

Btw he is 5.7ft tall :)
 
no he doesn't, i know a guy who is officially called Captain Awesome Dangerous, it says it on his bank statements and everything.

i'm pretty sure its pronounced one of three ways, depending on where you are from, its
either gäd or jəˈhōvə or älə
 
because it's a name.
she's french, she's taken however many years she's alive of full language emersion.
