How do you make YOUR burger

mix it in a bowl with some bbq sauce, burger seasoning, minced onions and maybe garlic (I like them pre-sauteed so they aren't super crunchy). I like to make smaller patties, mc D's style and make a lot of them so you can double, triple, etc like in n out. and DON'T squeeze them with the spatula--I know it makes it healthier and whatever, but if you're eating a burger it might as well be a big ol grease bucket--it tastes way better I think. Top with VT heady cabot cheese (or the classic Kraft American is always delicious with its processed goodness) melted of course, thinly sliced tomato, lettuce, and bacon if I'm getting ambitious and decide to cook it. Add ketchup, maybe mayo, maybe more bbq.

anyone else a huge fan of thin as fuck burgers?

burgs shrink when you grill them so i was like ehh what the hell. lets make burger patties the size of a pie crust....
its delicious to get that grilled flavor on more surface area

If its on the grill, I like to cook with some natural hardwood charcoal or with actual pieces of wood. Then I try and make the fire as hot as possible so I can char the outside and leave the inside raw. Then I toast the bun and throw some cheddar, bleu cheese, or gouda on the burger, then comes bbq sauce, lettuce and thick slices of tomato possibly some horseradish.
If its on a frying pan ill fry up the burger til its cooked rare, throw some onions in, let them caramelize, then comes my choice of cheese and on top I put the lettuce and tomato.

with onion rings (the full on breaded kind), canadian peameal bacon, at least 3 types of cheese and some mushrooms. sometimes i put the cheese on the inside of the patty
