mix it in a bowl with some bbq sauce, burger seasoning, minced onions and maybe garlic (I like them pre-sauteed so they aren't super crunchy). I like to make smaller patties, mc D's style and make a lot of them so you can double, triple, etc like in n out. and DON'T squeeze them with the spatula--I know it makes it healthier and whatever, but if you're eating a burger it might as well be a big ol grease bucket--it tastes way better I think. Top with VT heady cabot cheese (or the classic Kraft American is always delicious with its processed goodness) melted of course, thinly sliced tomato, lettuce, and bacon if I'm getting ambitious and decide to cook it. Add ketchup, maybe mayo, maybe more bbq.
