How do you like your steak cooked?

We were having this discussion in english and i told this vegetarian bitch that I kill the cow in backyard with my dad's chainsaw and then eat it raw. Her: I can't believe you do that, that's terrible! And your dad doesn't care you use his chainsaw to kill cows? Me: Nah, he helps me sometimes.

I like to watch my animals suffer while i eat them. Nothing beats deer steak while you whisper how you killed and ate her mother's still beating heart into it's defeated ears. I drink their tears.

Just had to bump this and say I made the BEST fuckin medium rare steak last night on my SHITTTY ass like 13 inch grill.
Rachel Ray needs to pay a visit so we can go shopping for home decor and propane grills....

Maybe Hye's Steakhouse?

I went there with my parents when i was younger. It was fucking awesome.

And i think ive already posted in this thread but for me Medium Rare is the only way to go.

i'm a big fan of medium well to well done but nothing beats a crispy steak on the outside but not tough on the inside

not exactly on topic but do any of you ever tenderize your steak before cooking? when is this appropriate. Teach me, steak aficionados!

Wrap yout steak up in a bag with seasoning, and sauce. But also throw in some papaya! The acid from the fruit will tenderize it. Dont leave it on for more than 24 hours tho or it will be mush.

Bloody and rare and amazing. Fuck we just got a side of beef too. I can't wait to go home and make some goddamn rib-eyes.

Medium Rare 12 oz filet at ruths chris equals better than crack.
