OP, here's what you wanna do...
Get a razor blade and cut that chunk flat, then obtain some West Systems G/Flex 650 and fill the hole with epoxy until it's level, or a little higher than the base of your ski, and then you file/sand down the epoxy until its flush with your base!![]()
